How do I book a session?
Simply fill out our contact form or send us a WhatsApp message. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your date and package. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session.
How long until I receive my photos?
Your online watermarked gallery is ready within 1 week of your session. You have 30 days to make your selections. Your final retouched photos are delivered within 3 weeks of your selection.
What if I need to reschedule?
We ask for at least 48 hours' written notice to reschedule. We'll do our best to find a new date that works for you. Outdoor sessions affected by weather are always rescheduled at no extra charge.
Is the studio safe for newborns?
Absolutely. We wear face masks in every session and all props, wraps, and blankets are fully sanitized before each shoot. Your baby's safety and comfort are our top priority.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online retainer and invoices are paid by credit or debit card. In-studio payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Zelle, or cash.
